RETURN POLICY - NEBUROLA

1. LEGAL RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with the French Consumer Code, you have 14 calendar days to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to provide reasons or pay penalties.

  • Products: from receipt of the last product ordered
  • Services: from acceptance of the offer

2. RETURN CONDITIONS

2.1 Condition of the products

Products must be returned:

  • In their original packaging
  • In perfect condition
  • Complete (accessories, instructions, etc.)
  • Not used (except for testing necessary for product assessment)

2.2 Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Personalized or tailor-made products
  • Perishable products
  • Audio/video recordings unsealed
  • Newspapers, periodicals or magazines
  • Services fully executed before the end of the deadline with the express agreement of the client

3. RETURN PROCEDURE

Step 1: Notification

Inform us of your decision to withdraw before the 14-day period expires.

Step 2: Packaging

Carefully pack the product(s) in its/their original packaging.

Step 3: Shipping

You have 14 days after notification of your withdrawal to return the product to us.

4. RETURN COSTS

4.1 Costs at your expense

  • Product return costs
  • Return costs in case of refusal of the package upon initial delivery

4.2 Costs to be borne by us

  • Return costs in case of defective product or error on our part
  • Initial delivery charge (refunded with the product)

5. REIMBURSEMENT

5.1 Reimbursement period

We will process the refund within a maximum of 14 days from:

  • From receipt of the returned product, OR
  • Proof of shipment of the product (if earlier)

5.2 Reimbursement terms

  • Same payment method as used for the purchase
  • You will not be charged any fees for this refund.
  • The amount of the initial delivery charge will be refunded (standard delivery only)

5.3 Reduction of reimbursement

The amount of the refund may be reduced in the event of depreciation of the product resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and proper functioning of the product.

6. RETURNS AFTER THE LEGAL TIME LIMIT

6.1 Extended Return Policy
